What a beautiful, yet somewhat chilly, day. Spence and Kyra had on their new winter coats today...wayyyy too big for both of them.
Spence was having a fit that his hands kept disappearing, heh heh. Oh well, I bought the coats at the end of winter last year on a super sale...so if they're a bit big, so be it. Besides, I've always loved miniature Stay-Puff Marshmallows.
How are you all doing? Got your pumpkins picked? Your lights strung? Your skeletons hung? Spider webs spun? There are some houses in our neighborhood that look soo neat! Even bones in the yard under trees and bushes! I'll probably venture out for a little bit with Thing 1 and Thing 2 next Friday. I'm hoping that Kyra doesn't freak and cry the entire time. It's getting out of control...I just don't know what to do anymore. Anyone have suggestions? Books to read? Royce and I are at our wit's end. She cries if we say no, if Spencer touches her, if we ask her to smile...I could go on and on. *sigh* The 3's are terrible, not the 2's. I love her to pieces, truly I do, but this stage has GOT to go!
Well, I want to catch some zzzzzzzzzz's. Going to be at the Naval Academy again tomorrow to do more physical exams on plebes and middies. It's a tough job, but someone has to do it! heh heh

We don't do that stuff... but I've got my pumpkin pie crusts ready to be filled and gingerbread mixes bought and caramel apples in the fridge... and we're crunching thru leaves and enjoying the colors.
Good luck studying!!
No Halloween for us this year. We are bummed out by that, but we'll live. Have a good weekend.
sounds like you have a fun life
I wish I had some advice for you about Kyra. Is she just wanting more attention? Poor peanut!
Halloween is pretty lackluster this year for us. We haven't even bought a pumpkin. Did a party this past weekend and one for the kiddos on Friday.
